Specialties like Grand River, Concord and Coronado Clubs offer a range of new flavors—from truffle-infused red sauce or garlicky clams to spicy mole and Chihuahua cheese—that might make Wednesday a pizza night as well.

But with more than a dozen specialty pizzas at Beach Club Bistro and Beach Club Grille, it’s hard to pick which combination is best.
